I-95, I-295, and the Amtrak Downeaster do most of the work. South Portland and Scarborough are inside ten to fifteen minutes. Saco and Biddeford are roughly twenty. Gorham and Windham are twenty-five to thirty without traffic. The Downeaster makes Saco a viable option for occasional Boston trips, too.
